Workouts!

What workouts do you all do?

I haven't seen much about exercise on the threads.

I ask as I am now working out 5 days a week for an hour at a time and only now am noticing a difference (bloody hard work and I'm still whinging though)!

I used to work out using a elliptical trainer for approx. 30 - 45 minutes 6 days a week. Then I started really packing on the muscles in my legs which wasn't what I was going for so now I try to mix it up. I'll do the elliptical for 3-5 minutes about 5 times a day and then in the morning I do a dance aerobic video. It's really helped to burn the calories without turning me into some sort of body builder. lol
