workout split

heres my current excersise split tell me if this is alright....

mon-back,biceps
tues-chest,triceps
wed-legs,abs
thu-shoulders
fri-upper chest, and whatever else i feel like doin usually some different curls and some tricep excercises

its been working out well for me i was just curious if it is good to have the two most punishing workouts in back and chest one after the other...
thx

I think its best if u do biceps/triceps/back/chest/shoulders in the same day but that just me.

what are ur goals?

trying to pack on some muscle right now....currently 210lbs at 6'3 ,17%bf
would like to be around the 210 mark with 10 or lower bf...currently eating about 4000cal/day about 35% from protein 30%fat and 35%carbs...not too much cardio other than hockey 2x week

That is too much, your body needs a lot more rest that what you are giving it.

You'd be much better off doing
chest/tris
back/bis
rest
legs/shoulder
rest
repeat

With what you have now you are overworking your muscles, especially with that friday workout.

I agree. Check out this link for a good split routine:

You can move around the exercises. Just get in at least a day of rest in between each split workout.
