workout routine

Trying to find a weightloss routine for my wife...she has very large muscular calves and is afraid to exercise to much...thinking that they will get bigger the more she exercises....Any ideas?

Your description is a little vague, but i will try to help.
If she has large calves, there should be no problem doing Push-Ups and Planks

Exercise: The Plank [13] - Fitness.com

here are some links if you are not familiar with the Plank it's good for core muscles

A good cardio workout would be Biking.

Aim for 30-60 minute sessions. Do one once every two days and you should be good :)
