Workout Questions

I will be working out Mon/Weds/Fri on weight training and Tues/Thurs/Sat on Cardio. Is it ok to workout all muscle groups everyday since I'm taking a day off inbetween? I want to do Back/Biceps/Chest/Triceps/Abs/Legs on those days. Since I'm taking a day off inbetween workouts, is it ok for me to do all of these every workout?

you could do them all, but you still have to limit over all volume accordingly.

You might even want three different workouts. Most importantly, focus on compound moves first, then a few isolation moves at the end, namely for biceps, triceps and calves.
 
Like he said its ok, but you'd be better off dividing up your muscles, even just to save time in the gym. Long workouts can hinder your motivation, you may not have time to work all muscles, but you would have time to work a select few.
