I will be working out Mon/Weds/Fri on weight training and Tues/Thurs/Sat on Cardio. Is it ok to workout all muscle groups everyday since I'm taking a day off inbetween? I want to do Back/Biceps/Chest/Triceps/Abs/Legs on those days. Since I'm taking a day off inbetween workouts, is it ok for me to do all of these every workout?
