Workout Plan?

Hey im 17 6'1 170 lbs.. I used to lift seriously for about 1-2 years... now its been 1 1/2 years with out going to the gym... once in a while i get into a work out mode and do some simple work outs such as different types of push ups/sit ups ect.. um im naturally physically talented and have a more muscular buff body.. Well my mission is to get more tone ie. get my 6pack back and make my chest/arms look cut... I was just wondering if anyone can prepare a weekly meal/work out plan that would do the trick.. i like a nice intense work out thanks.

This isn't a fast food joint, you cant just order what you want.

Ask a question, get an answer, read around, form your own plan and go from there. We help those who help them selfs.
 
You were asking a lot from someone, that takes time to make a workout plan and a diet plan. Also considering nobody knows anything about you it makes it even harder. Read all the stickys, post your current diet, and your current workout plan, and ask for an evaluation.

Also remember people get payed good money to make up diets and workout plans, people here are doing this for free!
