Workout plan

The only thing i don't like about it is the number of excercises but its decent.

This is another fullbody routine, i've been doing it for 4 weeks.

Thanks for the link Malkore ;)

Newf,
I do like that routine you linked to, but it's just not my style. I can't stay focused on my workout like I want to when I train that many body parts, especially since I think the hardest moves (dead and squats) are king.

But it has all the important traits of a good routine: it emphasizes quality of over quantity (not a ton of volume), and it focuses on compound moves (which is why it works so well...not spending hours on curls and lateral raises makes for more efficient training).

Hi Malkore, its the first time i tried a fullbody routine. Its going well my lifts continue to go up and i'm reacting nicely.

I know what your talking about a few workouts now i just did my normal ball busting deadlifts at the first of the workout with longer breaks then what was prescribed and after that i finished the routine has its outlined.

I like hitting the muscles three times a week i don't think i'll be going back to a split anytime soon. When i do i think it will be a powerlifting routine for a cycle.

The Waterbury Method looks like a comprise considering you do 10X3 on 3 main lifts a week. I was thinking of replacing the chin-ups with deads. It looks solid more my style i think.

Compound is the way to go. :)
