Workout help plzzzz

i workout 3 days a week , so i do 2 muscle groups evry day,

goes like this chest/triceps shoulders/bisceps back/legs

i do 5 exercises for each muscle group and 3series of that for about 8-10 repetitions

is that good?

cuz i cant seem to get any muscle to grow larger or get to be able to lift heavy weights
