Do any of you guys use workout DVDs at home? I have tried two different home programs:
Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds-- I have done the 1, 2, and 3 miles for this one. It is good, but I get bored...walking just gets a little old to me.
Richard Simmons' Sweating to the Oldies-- I like this one too, but it is just too complicated. You really need to learn the routines to get the most out of it, and they are not very easy.
So how about you guys? Anyone have any fun, not-too-complicated workout DVDs that make you sweat? Thanks for the input!
