Right now I'm REALLY trying to work on my upper body, mainly by bicepts, and pecs.
Lately I've been working them out each day, for 40 min. A friend told me today "Working out the same muscle each day isn't good for you, you'll over train them".
I'm working out 5 days a week, monday, and tuesday, I take the day off, or do some running.
Just in a week I have noticed a massive change in my chest, my pecs are a lot more muscular, I'm not sure about my biceps.
I just have a question, is it true, that if I work bicepts and chest each night, doing close to the same workout each night, that I'll overtrain?
