I have a question for the women here. However, if you guys feel you can answer too then go ahead if you want.
I have always had an irregular period, well I have since I turned 12 anyways. I had to be put on birth control back then just to make it stop when it was supposed to. Otherwise I'd stay on it for over a month maybe even two. Well I'm not on birth control anymore but will try and get back when I get on my husbands insurance, should be soon. Anyways my question is everytime I start working out and start getting results I automatically start my period. It's extremely heavy and can even make me fatigue all day nearly everyday. So needless to say I end up quitting with the work out routines. My doctors always said it was just an irregular period, nothing else. Has anyone else gone through this?
