What are your goals? No matter what working your muscles that hard every day twice a day is too much. If your wanting to build alot of muscle, then have you ever thought of doing body group workouts? For example the first day do chest and tricep, the second do back and bicep, the third day do legs and shoulders, then the day after you can go back to day 1's workout of chest and tri and so on with day 2 and 3. This allows your muscles time to rest and also if you just work those muscle groups different days you can train them harder by focusing all your energy on the target muscles for that day. Also be sure your taking in enough protein, at least 1 gram per pound of lean body mass. I hope this helps!
