is it bad to get a nice long hour workout, eat a good sized meal, then just basically from pure exhaustion, pass out? cause thats what i did. i worked out pretty hard. i fell asleep about 1.5 hours after working out. it was only asleep for about an hour, just a nap. but just wondering if thats bad? woke up and ate a steak mmmmm, of course with a nice pear
