Working out one leg

One of my legs is bigger than other. Does anyone have any tips on how to strengthen and enlarge my smaller one without doing the same my stronger leg? Thanks in advance.

i have the same problem with my arms and the advice i was given was to train each seperately but use the same weights/reps/sets on each until the weaker side catches up. i dont know if this is the right advice but this is what i was told by a trainer at my gym. i know how frustrating it is so good luck.:)

Mr. Fat, you can also do them with a stability ball between your back and the wall, then just squat on one leg.

Since one leg is stronger than the other it should be able to lift the weight easier than the other.

Keep doing normal exercises, while the weight will be less effective for one leg, it will still be working your other leg.

I thank everyone for their feed back and I have a follow up. Would it be possible at to reduce the size of my larger leg at all?

You need to do unilaterals. In fact, you should incorporate them into your normal workout. Examples are: Bulgarian split squats, split squats, lunges, bulgarian deallifts, bulgarian romainian deadlifts, etc.

You can acheive the same for upper body by using DBs, but the lower body can use BBs.
