Working out my triceps wrong......

Im not familiar with the names of each of these workout, can someone explain each one? I was seeing improvement in my triceps and all of a sudden they stopped gaining! the hell do I do?

OK, What are: dips, triceps kickbacks, reverse bench dips, close grip bench press, lying triceps extensions

I'm not sure what reverse bench dips are, maybe you mean reverse triceps bench press?:

yeah and it sounds like your adverstising isnt very popular here.
 
Dude, nobody's advertising anything! The forum's about what works for whoever. The dude wanted to know how to build up his triceps. How is my telling him what worked for me advertising? What NOBODY is supposed to tell anybody what kind of equipment they use and where they get it from?

What's up with that? They are tons of people who refer website's to look at for equipment and stuff. Are they advertising too? Listen, people get hurt real bad when workin out. BELIEVE ME I KNOW. So if I know of some stuff that works and is good for working out and rehabbing muscle injuries, when is it crime to let folks know about it! Sorry if you got offended. But get off the advo wagon. That's not going down here. Besides, if you want to check out the site...then check it out. IF YA DON'T THEN DON'T. It don't benefit me none one way or the other. I got there stuff and I'm PUMP HARD! ;)
 
If you would like to be a productive member then maybe you could make some posts that don't include that web url. Then maybe people might not take you for a spammer.
 
ive forgotten how good skull crushers are (I worked out my triceps Sunday). btw, is it just me, or do your arms shake when doing them? I keep them my arms in perfect position, but they shake. is that bad?
