alright on modays, wednesdays and fridays i do ab exercises. On tuesdays and thursdays i do arm exercises, and i rest on the weekend. Please give me your tips and stuff if this is a good way to build up. Should i throw in another ab exercise day or another arm exercise day or what. i think i need anothr arm execise day cause im like really skinny but toned. also what can i do to bulk up a bit. what foods, exercises, vitamins, protein shakes?
