hello i am new to this forum
i have a few questions about the best work out routine that would fit me.
i am 18 yrs old male and i am 6.2. since i stoped playing soccer for my high school i jumped from 180 lbs to 205 lbs., i did get stronger because i unload trucks for a leaving but i did not notice and changes in my body. i want to build up a good looking chest as well as abs. i would like to know what would be the best routine for me and how much i should lift. i do have a subscription to a gym.i forgot to mension since i started lifting i do take NO2. its just i dont have anyone to ask what would be the best routine to build up my body. i am not looking into getting stronger i just want to build up a good looking upper body. i dont know if i should lift havier wieghts less times or lighter weights more times
