Work Out Plan

OK, so prom is coming up (11 weeks away) and i want to get into as good of shape as possible by then. I am on Stillmans (a protein-only diet) to jumpstart the weight loss again. Then I am going to do healthy eating.

So i am wondering what to do for my workout. I am a member of New York Sports Club so i have access to any machinery i need. (I tried to talk to a trianer but she really didnt answer my questions).

I am not NEW to working out, over the summer i did alot of working out, i would do bicepts/back day 1, chest/tri's day 2, legs/shoulders day 3. I would play basketball for cardio, but i also like the Elliptical Trainer. Every day i would do abs.

I am 18, 6'0 and 200 pounds. And my eventual goal is to get down to 165ish, and one day have a 6 pack. Im not expecting that to happen in the next 11 weeks but its the final goal. I want to gain strength, and gt cut. I dont want to be HUGE body builder type (the perfect look would be like Ryan Reynolds from Blade Trinity, which i know i wont look exactly like him.)

So I'm wondering what exercises should i do, and how often. I want a good training plan for weight loss/toning.

i can work out every day of the week for a couple hours a day. Please any input would be appreciated. Thank you

I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice but the best workout plan I ever did was Body for Life. Since you already know how to lift weights, I would take a look at the website () and try that out for the next 11 weeks. It's actually a 12 week plan.

They just advocate eating healthy (6 meals a day with lean protein and carbs) and lifting three days a week and doing cardio three days a week.

Just take a look and if you have any more questions, let me know. Just look at the exercise sections and food and recipe sections. Don't worry about the competitions or buying any of the products.

Good luck! :) Have fun with your last prom!
