Work Hard Live Extreme

Cheers to everyone!

Hi, I'm Kay. I'm fresh out of university, 22 years old, f. Right now I'm studying for the admissions tests for both the MCAT and LSAT, and then seeing which one will (fingers crossed) accept me.

Ah, but Kay, what about schedule? What about discipline? What are you even doing for the summer? Ach! You caught me.

Other than the studying, I'm not doing much. SO! It's my goal to work my studying around an exercise schedule. I can stand to lose around ~25lbs (university weight! so many grad beers, mm...good times, *gone* times now, harhar).

STARTING WEIGHT (15/05/10): 150lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT (22/06/10): 144lbs
GOAL WEIGHT (30/09/10):120lbs (all nicely calculated on Fitday)

**How my journal will work**(ie notes to self)

Each weekly update will include (this forum is so addictive! I have to give myself a limit on the time I spend here.):

1) scaleT: my weight change & compressed food diary for the week
2) runT: my weekly exercise regimen (5+ days a week)
3) extremeT: gotta live up to my "Live Extreme" motto! Right now I'm rather a big chicken (gasp) so! I must do one thing impressive every week (though I may run out of ideas, so they may get progressively less impressive).

**New pictures at every 10lb loss (~147lbs, ~137lbs, ~127lbs, ~finish)

Thank you all for being here! You all are my inspiration to work hard!!

And here are my "before" pictures, clocking in at 147lbs.

I can see numberless problems with these pictures, which include but aren't limited to: fatty armpits, jiggly stomach, bulky calves and thunder thighs (had them since forever!).

I'm coming to terms with my flaws (a bit). I have my good days and terrible days, today being a rather good one. Still, please be gentle. I hope after my weight loss I'll get back into my size S wearing highschool days!

Hey there!
I love the idea of writing down impressive things you've done every week, very nice. I look forward to reading them. :D
Anyway, I'm just a year younger than you (and yet 2 years from graduating...vv), and my temporary goal is also around 120 pounds, although that's not quite what I was in high school.
Your pictures look rather good already, can't wait to see what you look like all leaned up. Good luck!!! :)
