Wow i must have been doing something right because since my last weigh in ive lost 7 lb! I'm now 13 stone 2! And i lost the 7 lb's in just over 2 weeks.
Chuffed with that result lol, i did treat myself a bit today with a stick of wine gums lol but i dont care its my first treat in ages!
Now i know that my plan is working it will make me stick to the diet even better. Wow the motivation i got when i saw the result.
I will upgrade my ginger bread man later, but right now the X Factor is on (UK pop star program) and im going to watch it lol.
Leave comments if you like, i'll tell you some of the things ive been eating if you need help.

I live in Leicestershire, Midlands. Near Coventry, Rugby and Leicester.

I got weighed on Tuesday the 19th of September. 16 days ago i think, just over a fortnight.
I dont really know how i did it to be honest.

Basically i made sure i stayed within 1300 calories a day, and i did a few miles on my bike for 3 days a week. I also started weight training, although thats only been in this past week. I do about 45 sit ups a day, unless my abs are in pain in which case i leave it a day or two. I dont drink that much water, usually in total (including water from food) i probably have a litre and a half. I have a lot of fibre as well, things like shredded wheat have a lot of fibre in. I take a daily vitamin tablet also, and i like chicken alot lol. I eat 4 times a day. Breakfast at 7:50 AM, a snack at 11:35 AM, lunch at 1:20 PM, and tea at around 4:00-6:00 PM. Its probably easier for me because im young and i need more calories to grow.

Lol thanks for the replies. I had a really bad sleep last night though.
I got to sleep at about 2:30 AM because i wasnt tired until then, and woke up at 8:20 AM. But iwoke up with a burning pain in my stomache, a really dry throat and a headache! I think ive got insomnia or something lol, my eyes look dark below the lids.

Anyway i actually find this diet to be easy, its just before i didnt know much about dieting and i got annoyed with it and considering throwing up lol, glad i didnt though. It mostly depends on how determined you are. I think they say you cant lose more than 1% of your body fat per week, well i lost 7 lb in just over 2 weeks, so thats 3.5 lb in a week. So i would have to be 350lb to lose that much of fat a week. Still, most of it is fat so its working!
