Ok, after working out (via HIIT and running, light weight training), an reluctantly eating right for about 4-5 months I have lost alot...alot of weight 
BUT! Standing straight, flexing my abs, I can still pinch off a little fat over the abs and also on my hips. It just friggin won't go away. It covers up what I can feel is a six pack...it's not like totally ripped but it's better than nothing.
Sorry I don't have pics right now I will get them soon though.
Bah it's just so annoying.
