winter..bulkage..

I'm with you... starting November 1st :). Never bulked before though so I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to go about it yet.
 
BULK TIME! WOOOOO! FOOOOoOOod! hehehhe, nah i need to cut, but tore my ACL so prolly nothing for me! no cutting or bulking this winter ! ARRHHHHH!
 
mostly, just eat more food. bulking is a lot more about diet than training. if you don't have to food to fuel a bulk, no amount of training will bulk you up.
 
Why does everyone feel that winter is for bulking? Your body uses a LOT of calories to try and keep itself warm during the cold months...kinda counteracts eating some of that extra food. Then you gotta starve yourself (not literally) and do madd cardio to cut back up for the summer months. Personal choice I guess. I still got too much cutting to do to even THINK about bulking right now.

mostly cuz you don't strut around in nothing but shorts and flip-flops in most regions when its winter...so why worry about looking good nekkid?

bulk until late winter, then lean out in time for beach season. plus, all the holiday foods make it hard to stay on a cutting diet...so its an excuse to bulk :)
 
I am always bulking.... I don't like saying "When winter starts I have to bulk, but summer starts I have to cut.". I bulk untill I reach ABOVE my goal, so that when I do cut, I get to the desired weight.

It's gunna take my more than the winter to finish my goal. And I'm not wasting any time cutting.
