So I've lost ~33 pounds in the last ten weeks.

I've also joined the local 24 Hour Fitness so I can practice my swimming and have access to free weights, etc.

If I have time I'm going to try and catch a yoga class in the morning. That should be interesting...
 
I'm also going today and having a hydrostatic body fat test done. I'd just like to have a better idea where I'm at.

I forgot to mention that I had the body fat testing done and I was 27.9% body fat. I think I'll probably get it tested again after another 10 or 12 weeks and see how much of the weight I've lost is fat versus lean body mass.

Should be interesting with the resistance training. Many realize a nice bump in LBM when they first start out.
