will this routine be effective?

Im 18 years old and I take Kung Fu. I go to class 4 times a week, monday, wed, fri, saturday. On those days i work my abs and get in some solid aerobic activity, and after class i do some leg strengthening, plyometric, vertical jump, agility and speed drills (the leg strengthening is more like stability ex. standing with my legs bent at 90 degrees for a period of time).

What Im wondering is, if i work out my chest and arms on sunday, weight train my legs (weighting squats etc) on tues and work out my back and shoulders on thurs, will that be enough? Is it ok to do each muscle once just once a week (it will be a pretty solid intense workout by the way). Will I see results and will it be effective? Also, I used to weight lift every day (just recently been taking it easy for about two weeks) so im still pretty big and still strong.

I also have a very good diet. I have about 3 eggs for breakfast with some fruit, glass of milk and juice, protein shake around brunch, salad with meat or tuna sandwich at lunch, snack, then meat for dinner. And I stretch three times a day (my instructor said it was cool to do this and he's been doing kung fu for a very very long time.)

thanks in advance

training muscles once a week is fine. go for it :)
