Hello everyone! I just recently joined this forum so that I could get some input on a weight loss plan I've developed. Well I've been wanting to lose weight for as long as I can remember, I have just had a hard time getting motivated and sticking with a plan that works in my busy schedule. Well I have finally decided on a plan and I'm going to stick to it this time! Ok, well I've been walking on the treadmill for an hour about 4 to 5 days a week (at least, sometimes more) I'm walking at a pace of about 3 miles per hour and I use the incline, varying things, like I'm walking up and down hills and what not. I've also been trying to really watch what I eat. I don't snack as much as I used to and I've been cutting things in half or at least stopping when I know I'm full. And if I have sweets, I try to limit it to just one thing. If anyone has any tips or tricks that could help me with my weight loss plan, that would be great! I would like to lose about 30 pounds. Any advice would be appreciated! Also I was wondering when I should expect results, so I don't get discouraged.
