i ve put on a bit of weight since i havent been playing rugby so have decided to loose it.
i've been going to the gym now for 2 weeks, 5 times a week. i didn'e expect to see much weight loss in this period but i havent lost a thing. i have been eating healthy but am stumped why i havent seen any loss at all.
when training, my heart rate has been between 125 to 150 and i do at least 45 mins in each session. is this high enough?
any suggesstions would be great.
