Why is it that . . .

All women's fitness magazine recommend that you "grab a 5 lb weight."

I expect that sort of stuff from Prevention, but Women's Health is even doing it (and I like that one). I mean a 5 lb weight to do a lateral row? Unless you were in a coma for 6 months, who is being challenged by using a 5 lb weight on a lateral row? Most of our purses weight more than that.

Sorry, just a little rant of mine.
