Ok, I'm a 16 year old male and I'm pretty small. I'm 5'4 and I have really skinny arms. I just started working out and I've read that you have to eat alot to gain muscle. The problem with that is that If I eat a lot it all goes to my belly. The weird thing is that towards the end of the day my belly is bigger but when I wake up the next day my belly is flat. This is such a big problem for me that I only eat twice a day and I don't eat big meals. Any suggestions/tips? Thanks!
