Why do I feel my arms popping during lat pulldowns and pullups?

I am double-jointed, but I only recently started to feel popping in my upper arms (right beneath my shoulders) when doing lat pull downs.

I also feel this in my wrists when doing wrist curls.

Does it have something to do with my form??
 
The shoulder capsule may be overly lax which may effect scapular glide. No such thing as double-jointed in the shoulder...everyone is pretty mobile there because thats the way the joint is. I think the problem is more wih the joint capsule, which is hard to train. I recommend stop the lat pulling and perfrom rows instead with rotator cuff work.
