whoops...anyway heres myquestion

whoops, sorry, didnt mean to put my question in that threat, i guess i hit reply by accident, anyway sorry...heres my question......i was wondering if it was ok to workout late at night, around 10-11 oclock...i dont have much time to do it otherwise, its not weight training, its a tae bo video
 
Yeah it's great, unless you are going to bed immediately after. Someone posted a scientific article about the same topic, it found that people who worked out at night burned more fat opposed to those who worked out in the morning or midday. I don't have the article, but it was posted around here probably a month ago or so.
