Which way is better?

I have been reading up on ways to burn fat by doing cardio. I have read from some articles that it is better to workout in a 50-60% heart rate zone to burn fat. I have also read in other articles that it is better to keep your heart rate between 65-80%. Which one is better fot burning more fat? Thanks for the help in advanced.
 
i think HIIT is the best for burning fat, spechally since it burns fat and not muscle;) do a search for HIIT and you should find a thread with alot of discussion and info! ;)
