when im working my triceps i can either use 1 big weight with both arms (50 pounds) or use 2 weights of half size for each arm (25 pounds each). which is better to use?
yeah i use dumbbells for skullcrushers too, straight bars just hurt my wrist. I would stay stick to dumbbells because you have to work harder to keep your arms stabilized, and each arm is working just as hard as the other because they both are getting 25 pounds of weight.
