I get different maintenance calorie numbers when I use the calculators on the internet versus the numbers I get from my FitDay program. I'm not sure which one is right and it's a pretty big difference:
Fit day says like 3200 - 3300 cal burned per day
Online calculator says 2831
Which sounds more realistic to you?
