Which muscle is inherently stronger?

Hey, i've been paying attention to my workout and have noticed that certain exercises seem naturally easier to do then others.

So my question is... between the bicep and tricep, are one of these muscles inherently stronger than the other?
 
i believe they are naturally about 1:1...however, my triceps are significantly stronger than my biceps.
 
yea

yea there are ratios of strenght u need to maintain or else u could get injured. im pretty sure ur tri is supposed to be much stronger, ur quad is also supposed to be much stronger than ur hammy.
