a quick question someone may be able to help with, due to reasons i wont go into, i had to change my cardio workout today, instead of a 4.5 mile run (which uses up 1000cals) i had to do an uphill power walk instead. now i burnt the same cals, but it obviously took slighlty longer. my question is, which one is better for weight/fat loss, or are the both the same?
