excerse shouldnt be a chore, keep it varied and be sure to enjoy yourself, set little targets for yurself in whatever it is you are doing and you will feel great as u see yourself progress
I also enjoy more unusual forms of exercise. I play DDR, juggle, and have recently found using a sports hula hoop is a crazy good workout. You never know if learning to unicycle will be the thing that motivates you![]()
