Where do I start?

I realy need to strat excersising but I find it real hard to get going I know once I start and get in to the routine I will be fine.
Any ideas on where to start I have a gym membership , a pool at home and I can walk!

if you've got a gym membership, see if you can get a personal training session or two to get you started... Thereshould be people employed at the gym who can give youa head starton what equipment you should use.

Walking: Simple, put on you sneakers and go out for a walk. force yourself into doing this 4 -5 days a week.

Pool - put on your swimsuit and swim laps... or hold onto the edge of the pool and kick... good for your legs.

you've got all these tools at your disposal...

You want to think about doing both cardio-type exercise (walking, running, swimming, anything!) and also strength training (if you have a gym membership, they have a ton of equipment for this). Some people do them every other day, one day off, some people do cardio everyday and 2-3 days a week strength training, some people have more complicated schemes. Never strength train the same muscle groups two days in a row.

do whatever you enjoy!

excerse shouldnt be a chore, keep it varied and be sure to enjoy yourself, set little targets for yurself in whatever it is you are doing and you will feel great as u see yourself progress

This is what I am planning

I am going to eat 1200cals a day (and all GOOD cals no junk food) and I am going to start with a good excersise plan.
The idea is that I will do this:
Upper Body
Cardio
Lower Body
Cardio
and conitnue like that!
I am planning to join a spinning class (very beginners class) for my cardio I know that I wont be able to do more than 30min to start with but I will build it up over time.

cardio

I also play sqaush (racquet ball) which I really LOVE but it is a killer!!
So I can see that there will be days where I would much rather go play r/b than go spinning - those seats are so not made for comfort.

I also enjoy more unusual forms of exercise. I play DDR, juggle, and have recently found using a sports hula hoop is a crazy good workout. You never know if learning to unicycle will be the thing that motivates you :)

haha brilliant :D ddr is awesome fun ^_^

What's DDR?

Dance Dance Revolution, the video game that came out several years ago that was all the rage. Basically you step on a floor pad with arrows in time with arrows on the screen that correspond to the music. Quite a workout.
