I have lost 15lbs in the past 2 months.
I use to weigh 175lbs and now im down to 160lbs. I cant really feel a difference but i can tell my jeans are a little bigger but I still have a slight belly. My question is whats the best way to go about gaining muscle while still trying to loose the rest of my belly? or do I try and get my belly down then start packing on muscle?
