To anyone who remembers me, hi(my account screwed up or something...but I got it back up) I've still been hitting the gym and everything, but a buddy of mine and I started looking into these other types of "unorthodox" workouts and have been trying some of them(climbing rope, running with weights in hand and tires strapped to us, pulling eachother on a rope, catch with a 25lb med ball, dips on gym rings, etc) and they seem to be slimming us down and building strength quite fast..does anyone know a site, or anymore workouts along those lines that could be done?(I apologize if this makes no sense, but I figured I'd see what you guys had to say.)
