The Gods have spoken or maybe it was the mirror mirror on the wall. regardless I am hell bent on starting up my diet again with the firm intent to actually be able to get visible collar bones and a Brazilian butt. Lol I opened your thread because I loved the title... just had a giggle at your blog too!! Good to see a bit of humour, it makes the whole weight-loss thing a lot less tedious!

Thank you Tutti Frutti so glad you liked my blog. I agree, diets can be so depressing...This is my way to keep it light. (no pun intended). I'll try to write on my site "Splat the fat" on a daily basis and will pop into this forum from time to time. Hope to have you read my stuff again. Good luck with it all.
 
That is one awesome blog! and you have a great outlook... I will be reading in the future. And the bike sounds wonderful.... I miss my bike. I have to buy one. Mine died, I used it during snow too much. And that was a horrible experience.

but anyway...

I am happy to see a face around here with a bit of humor...
