When to workout

It would be good to read around, searching through here (up top), and read more about this in general.

Your body needs rest and time to recover when you workout. If you are working out three times a week it would be good to work your entire body every time or develop a split...but that would be more advanced.

People that workout every day don't workout the same groups, and they are probably overtraining anyway.
 
I guess it depends. If you're starting out with exercise or getting back into it you should ease into it slowly. Plus three times a week is kind of the basic requirement experts give...more than three times a week is great, but we should definitely aim for three at the minimum. It also depends on your schedule. I work in Marketing, which generally has LONG hours, so on my non-gym days I work later and walk home for exercise. On my gym days I leave on time and work out...
