When doing pressups......

When you do pressups, should you do as many as you can in a row and repeat. Or should you do sets of say 12-15? The reason I ask this is because at school we did this exercise where you do 20 pressups, 5 second break, then 19 ect all the way to 1.
I find pressups increadibly easy now. I have gone from being able to only do around 20 to doing 100+ in one go. I can also do around 70 pressups in 1 minute. So I am not sure whether doing small amounts is better than me doing a lot in one, if that makes sense. Please could somebody suggest to me what to do? Thank you.
And also is it better to do exercise in the mornings before you have had breakfast? I am trying to bulk a bit, so should I be doing my exercise before food?

wtf is a 'pressup'? shoulder press? bench press? Arnold press?

and if you're bulking, no, don't workout first thing in the am on an empty stomach. EAT.

well if you can do 100 of them in one set, then they are too light and wont really get you anything, you need heavier exersices for your chest.

Then you need to add weight. Wear a loaded backpack.
