hey i am just wondering. i only want to lose about 15 pounds and its been i think a week and i totally changed my eating habits and im doing 45 minutes or more cardio and exercises i thought this would be easier and faster than i thought!
so when do u start seeing the results? like on averages i know thats its different for everyone just wondering!!
