It's been about 2 months since I started changing my lifestyle. I went from playing video games (damn you EQ and WoW!) for hours each day, eating out pretty much 7 days a week with the hubby and generally being miserable to cooking almost all our meals, walking/jogging 3-4 days a week and starting to think there might actually be a light at the end of this weight-loss tunnel. ^.^
Now I know 2 months is NOTHING in the big scheme of things, but it's a start. I do have a question to ask of you guys though - I've lost 12lbs so far and really, *i* don't see any changes but my hubby swears up and down that he notices me getting smaller. I just wish I could see it too, because VISIBLE results are so important to me to keep me going
So...when did you start seeing physical changes, and not just in the form of numbers on a scale??
