The title says it all. What's your meal plan. I'd appreaciate feedback on mine.

Meal 1
30grams oats (100 cals)
200 grams goats milk yogurt (130 cals)
black coffee
100 gram banana (60 cals)
Total 290

Meal 2
Carrot (50 cals)
cellery (30 cals)
100 grams small apple (50 cals)
tbs flaxseed oil (120 cals)

Total 250

Meal 3
2 small eggs (180 cals)
lettuce (20 cals)
tomato (20 cals)
onion (10)
cucumber (15)
no oil balsamic 20

Total 265


Meal 4

Lentil burger 200
small bag frozen vegies mix of brocolli, beans and cauliflower 80
Zuccini 20
Total 300
Milk skim 88 cals

Total 1200 cals

Your meal plan is good but you will have to follow this regularly. Add some more healthy and low calory fruit juice or shake. You can avoid eating a burger during your diet plan or can take vegetarian burger.
 
I have an very effective way to cut some calories, simply replacing spaghetti with "vegetable" spaghetti.

with a simple tool you can make a vegetable spaghetti meal in 3 minutes..

there are few gadgets out there can help you do this, and this is what I use, works pretty well, it is called GNCHEF Spiral Slicer. you can get one on Amazon..attached is some science behind that. View attachment 21984
 
just you should definitely replace meats using beans, dairy,eggs, tofu (if that suits you it), and nut products. These foods have many protein so you wont ought to worry about shedding muscle.
