whats the right way to split?

I want to change my program from a alt day full body to a daily split. (48 hours rest per muscle group). what is usually the best grouping for body parts to train together?
 
It depends on your goals, time, and willingness.. There's: Upper/Lower; Push/Pull; Upper Pull/Lower/Upper Push; Or a customized routine made to suit.
 
time is not an issue...although my energy runs low after 45-60 minutes. as i get more fit im putting more exercises into the routine and the time increase takes a toll on the last few parts to get hit. willingness??? ive got a picture of me from 2 months ago( 27 lbs and 5 pant sizes larger than i am today) on the dash of my car. every time i pass a Mc-D's i look at that pic and want to jog home. All i lack is the knowlege, and from what ive seen here lots of u are willing to share that. :) ty
