I want to change my program from a alt day full body to a daily split. (48 hours rest per muscle group). what is usually the best grouping for body parts to train together?
time is not an issue...although my energy runs low after 45-60 minutes. as i get more fit im putting more exercises into the routine and the time increase takes a toll on the last few parts to get hit. willingness??? ive got a picture of me from 2 months ago( 27 lbs and 5 pant sizes larger than i am today) on the dash of my car. every time i pass a Mc-D's i look at that pic and want to jog home. All i lack is the knowlege, and from what ive seen here lots of u are willing to share that. ty
