So I am trying to lose weight, I am good with my diet and everything, but I have some questions on my workout.
I usually work out for 30-60 mins in the morning, and then an hour at night.
I usually do the stationary bike in the evening for an hour.
For in the morning...
I was wondering if it was better to do 20 minutes on the treadmill running, and then 20 minutes on the bike.
OR
just 40 minutes straight on the bike?
I am also doing weights, how often should i do those a week?
