~What's Cookin' Tonight?~

I'm makin' my Parmesan Chicken {recipe posted here} - Lipton/Knorr Rice {chicken flav.} - & mixed veggies.

Ok since I am out of every freaking thing I amkeing PAREMSIAN boneless porkchops I am using HICGIRLS chicken recipie but for pork chops I did love the cripyness and flavor so why not use it on pork also I made a steam pk mixed veggies with hot N spice seasoning and a baked potatoe w/butter spray and spicey seasining,yeah I am in a "HOTT" mood lmao:waving:
 
Change of plans for us tonight..

May end up bein' fin for yourself night..lol

We are fully stocked up, so there is plenty to choose from. :)
 
pasta primavera..

3 ounces whole grain linguine, cooked according to package directions

1 cup fresh chopped broccoli
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 cup julienned zucchini
2 large ripe Roma tomatoes, chopped (you could use canned or the pomi boxed tomatoes), but fresh is always better_
1 tsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes
2 - 3tbs parmesan cheese, fresh grated

Cook pasta while pasta is cooking, make sauce

In a pan, add the oil, with garlic and sautee. Add veggies and stir until crispy tender for at least 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, herbs

Simmer for a minute or two until the tomatoes are tender, but remain somewhat firm.

Add the sauce to the spaghetti and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve immediately.
 
I was very ill yesterday and my tummy is still weak..

It'll be soup and baked taters tonight.

I am also still sick... probably gonna be a "microwave a plain bagel and see if I can keep it down" night... And I'm gonna try to choke down a protein shake as well... Delicious, right?

Pamesian chicken boneless breast (STACYS)recipie! with mash taers using skim milk FF butter spray and natures seasoning and a birdseye steam pack mixed veggies.
 
I'm going to try the chicken parmesan tomorrow, but tonight is super easy due to skating lessons and TOPS meeting. Just chicken fingers in the oven (real ones, not pressed meat) and lipton's honey garlic noodles. Oops, forgot a veggie. LOL!
 
tonite will be -

poached mahi mahi, poached in white wine and garlic
roasted broccoli
roasted sweet potato chunks w/ garlic and olive oil
 
THE JAMES IS BACK!!!

I feel like a million bucks today. I will be grililng tonight, meaning I will be eating my weight in grilled chicken breast and probably some grilled asparagus

I love me some boiled asparagus... but once I grilled it once, I will NEVER go back to boiling it. I just take two kabob skewers, and make it look like a xylaphone of asparagus. Put a little EV Olive oil on, some salt and pepper, and then grill... delicious...

I'm going out tonight, hopefully I'll be eating hummus topped with chicken shawarma with a few dolmas. That's the plan and it shouldn't be a problem unless I can't get a table.
 
Hubby works again tonight so son will fix him a Stouffers dinner and I'll make me the WW Chicken Enchilada dinner.

For both of us I'll make my side rice dish.

White rice (none of us can stand brown rice) -
I add fresh parsley - chopped tomatoes - chopped green onions - and cumin.

I'll also have a small salad and WW-MG roll.
