Whats a good workout for 4 months

Hey guys first time in here. Read a few other post and well evreyone seems friendly here. Down to the point..i jus registered for a 4 month plan with the a gym and im wondering how can i get hard abs, big biceps , big chests bascially a fit upper body. The reason i ask for upper body is because my lower had 10 years of soccer training and its alrdy fit.

If you are looking to add muscle size, focus on doing combination lifts, such as chins/pullups, presses (bench and overhead), deadlifts, squats, rows. I wouldn't worry about isolation movements too much. You would also have to eat more calories than your expending to gain size. Keep your diet pretty clean also. Lots of water, too.
