Whats a good diet/workout to get abs?

Everyone has abs. Abs are your abdomen, your stomach.

Now, if you tell me you want a four pack or a 6 pack .... you are talking about reducing your body/belly fat and overtraining the muscles to stick out. That's something else.

I would say that if you wanted to tone your abs you should stay away or try not to eat alot saturated fats and trans fats which are commonly found in junkfoods. Instead I would opt for more healthy foods like instead of eating condensed food and junk food mfor a snack try a variety of fresh fruits, muffins, etc. Also limit your consumption of greasy foods like pizza because it makes you tired while working out. And its not very healthy.

while toning your abdominals I would say that you should try some oblique twist crunches which would work the sides of your abs. Also I would say that for toning your lower abs you should try some straight leg rainbow crunches. And lastly for your upper abs you should try some scissor kicks. All of these exercises can be looked up on this website. Also for the best results you should try to do 50 reps of each of these exercises daily. But if you can't then I think 35 reps of each should work too possibly. Good luck hope this helps!!

That's interesting you should stay away from saturated fats. It's been proven that with enough saturated fat in your diet, a male can naturally increase his testosterone. So for the original poster, maybe some more saturated fat in the diet would help put on muscle and lose fat because of the testosterone.

Muffins won't help him lose abdominal fats...and it depends on which fruit you're reccomending.

50 reps daily would probably be overtraining. Granted some pro bodybuilders train abs everyday, but for natural athletes, abs are just like every other muscle, and should be trained every 2-3 days.

Everybody has six pack abs. But Its hidden under the fat. Strip off the fat and bang! There they are. Diet, diet diet. Take a look at any anatomy pic. Six pack is there.
