UPDATED EVERY 15th AND 27th WITH NEW PICTURES.
Hey everybody, this is my first post and I don't really know where to start, but here I go..
I have been overweight for quite a long time, I had started to gain weight about 7 years ago, weighing in at about 240 at 15 years old (not sure of my height). My weight gains started when I moved houses as a child multiple times, 5 times in 1 year to be exact.. I actually gave up on making friends, stopped going to school and developed a relationship with my computer. After my parents found out that I had about 180 missed school days one year, my step father gave me the option to move out, or get a job... So I got a job landscaping..
Fast forward 7 years, and I have a beautiful fiance and 2 year old daughter. But I am still overweight.. I have started this journey on Oct.1 2012 after moving to my new house. I told myself enough was enough and I am doing this for real..
My highest weight recorded was about 262 pounds, on Oct.1 2012, however, I weighed in at 245 pounds. That is what I am going to go by. (I am 5 ft 11 by the way)
I really don't know what my goals are, besides a 6 pack of abs. I REALLY want that. My weight can be whatever it is at when I am done, as long as I am happy with the way I look, I'll be good.
Okay.. The way I am doing this, and I have been since Oct.1 is basically ONLY focusing on my diet... I get plenty of exercise at work. I have no idea what my calorie deficit is, I don't pay attention.. all I know is that what I am doing is working, somehow, and I am not complaining. I have completely cut out ALL junk food (chips/soda/juice from concentrate/candy/processed foods) and I now only eat healthy and natural food, and lean meats, fruits and veggies. The only juice I drink is 100% real juice, and I don't even drink much of that. Surprisingly I don't get many cravings, and whenever I do, I tough it out like they are nothing. I don't know, I guess I'm just very committed to this, this time.
I have a taken a few pictures since I started, but only started doing so mid December, so there isn't much so far, however I promise this to myself: I will NOT be disappointed in the end.
This is the only picture I have of myself at a bigger weight.
